How we handle your information

Neurah Light International collects the details you give us when you register (name, email, phone, country, role and organisation) and the answers you save in lesson activities.

We use this information to provide your courses, remember your progress, keep your Activity Journal, respond to access requests and, where you've asked, contact you about programmes and events.

Your activity answers are private to you. Neurah Light administrators can see your registration details and how many lessons you have completed, but the platform does not display your journal answers to anyone else.

Your password is stored in a hashed form and is never visible to our team. We do not sell your information. You can delete your account yourself at any time from My learning → Account, or ask us to update your details through the contact page.
